Please help. I've read the posts about fsx and the EXE.xml that needs the correct path to FSX. How does one change that?

The exe.xml file is located somewhere like this on your system:

c:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Microsoft\FSX

Where "user name" is the name associated with your Windows login account.

I don't have a copy of my original exe.xml file, but it referenced the default installation location of FS-X. I changed it to point to my "custom" installation location (C:\FSX), like so:

Launch
EXE.xml
False
False

False
False
Addon Application
..\FSX\Gauges\IWRConsoleTracking.exe

True

(EDIT: Note: I did a Preview of this message and the XML content isn't showing up correctly, but hopefully you'll get the idea..)

I also had to hack this file further to get my GoFlight hardware to work correctly after installing the VR920, but I'm assuming you don't have any of that.

I hope this helps - let me know if you need more.

cheers,

Dave.

P.S. to Vuzix - can you give us a status report on the new driver version? I thought they were supposed to be out now. I know how software development goes, but let us know how close you are to releasing them.
