I got my vr920s today and I got them to see the nvidia test 3D, but anytime I try to start WoW, my machine only bearly displaces some of the words and text boxes and then locks up.

I'm running XP.
I have a 7300gs
and I've tried both the 162.51 and the 91.xx nvidia driver pairs. I've turned off almost ever video option WoW has. I've made sure the refresh is 60hz.

Any other suggestions? I'm kind of frustrated, since this is what I really bought them for.

I tried adding 'SET gxApi "opengl"' and I get the opening and character selection screen in 3D but then it crashes once I select a character and try to load into game proper.

EDIT: I also tried disabling full screen glow to no effect.

So I just tested WoW on a different machine and it seems that WoW and nvidia's stereo drivers no longer play nice (I get "out of memory, disabling stereo") , so this really isn't a vr920 problem other than they've advertised in magazines that it will play WoW in 3d.

I'd still appriciate any help you can give me.

EDIT: with a little more poking I got it to work on the other machine SO... it seems to be some problem with my machine specifically, which is both good to know and kind of frustrating.

It's also good to know that the opengl problem occurs on both machines, so I really need to fight with the direct3d version.
