Mnemonic, are you attending CES or did you get the pic from someone else?

If you are at CES, stop by the Vuzix booth, ask for Ron, and I'll show you a 1280 x 1024 (non see through) as well.

After trying the 3ds im feel Augmented reality has far more potential for being immersive than any current 3d worlds ive seen.

Is there anything currently available that can do this ,say on the level of a 3ds but bigger ?

i think if Im going to have a whole mointor strapped onto my head Im going to need a need new neck.

BTW Any of you seen paper mario for 3ds ?

It looks by far the most 3d savvy game ive seen yet ( perhaps because the 2d works far better with the panels ?? )

Any one else agree ?

$2,000 is actually pretty cheap compared to what some of the real high-end HMDs cost.

Correct, as well as for any augmented reality stereoscopic video-see-through HMD's.
