| | Greetings all, just received my Wrap 310's today and was all excited, right up until I put them on, using my iPhone as a video source, and to my surprise it looked like either the magnifying lenses or the LCD's are out of alignment. I played with several of the menu settings, the nose pieces as well as the focus adjustment to no avail. I have even held the glasses in different positions in front of my eyes trying to compensate for what looks like a mis-aligned set of LCD's. Nope. My assumption was that when I put these on, after some 'slight' adjustments, I should see a good, single picture as the two converge, yet they don't fully converge and it appears as though there is a slight vertical mis-alignment as well. Am I missing something here? Thanks, any and all help would be greatly appreciated. PS - It appears that this forum is geared more towards the VR920, so my apologies for posting here, but what are my choices?  |

If the displays in your Wrap 310 are out of alignment then we would certainly be able to resolve that for you. Please contact me using the information in my signature.
