| | I purchased the Vuzix Eye Wrap to use with my Ipod Touch and my Apple Iphone 3G. When I followed the directions to set it up, it worked. I saw the video in the eyewear but it was no focused. So I took out the tool to focus. But I may have needed my contacts on. Now, I hook every thing up and my video stops everytime I plug in the AV adapter for either the IPhone or IPod. Why won't it play? Can someone help? I'm anxious to use these. Thank you. I am Barbj and my email is barbdjohn@verizon.net. Thanks. |

Could you tell me what you mean by saying that the video is stopping?
Do you see anything in the Wrap 310 when it is connected to the iPod/ iPhone?

| | Hi and thanks for responding. I did when I first hooked it up. Wherever the video is on the IPOD/IPHONE, it stops when I plug in the AV adapter. I'm just geting off work and will write you again when I get home to try it again. But I've tried several times and the video that is playing stops when I plug in the adapter or does not play if the adapter is in. I bought this off EBAY $208.00. It came in the box. They said it was new. I'll write you back. |

| | Hi Brian, I got it to work! I was not plugging the cable on the video glasses completely into the cable box. You know, the gold part was still showing so I pushed it in this time and I'm on my way. Thanks so much! |
