While we do intend to offer a distributor in the UK, I don't expect it to be a walk-in, try, and buy store. More like a warehouse which will offer European shipping without the high cost we have to levy when shipping from the States.

At this time, we have no information as to when/if you will be able to find our products in brick and mortar stores. We do offer a money back guarantee, however, so you can try them with little risk.

I am with the US distributor for Vuzix. We are working to help them expand their reach. We can work with any small dealer you normally buy from, or we can point you to a dealer in your area. You can contact me if you want more info.

Hi,

I bought a VR920 on the Edimensional website, and they send me it three weeks ago from UK to France, but I'm waiting for the delivery and I should probably use Paypal to resolve the problem. However, they are serious and always respond to my request. They adviced me to wait 1 month.

So I would know if someone else made a order with VR920 from this site and if you think that I must just be patient.

I know that in Europe, the buyer is protected by law and after 31 days, the seller must send again the order without justification, but Edimensional are a US Compagny even if they send me the VR920 from UK. Because on their website, they decline all responsability for non-delivery....So, i'm a little bit worried.

So, what are you thinking about this situation ? Have you some advice to give ? I hope have the VR920 soon.

(Sorry for the bad English)

EDIT : One month after, the package was lost (or stolen) but the company send me a other package and I'll receive it today (thanks to Fedex tracking number). So, I think Edimensional is very serious and if you are in Europe, you can order on their Website.

Have you received the new package yet? and how long did it take for the package to arrive (the one that actually arrived LOL)..

Yes, of course, I received my packet, and I use it since 2-3 month.

When I order the Vuzix on E-dimensionnal, they were obliged to send me a other package directly from States (but they paid the taxes)...This second package arrived three days after. But, I never received the first package. They send me the first one in a simple post without tracking....so I supposed the package was lost or stolen...

I use it :

- On my PC to play Source Game (HL2, Team Fortress 2), Lock On, and GTR 2 (with a Logitech Driving force Pro) . It's amazing...but I'm obliged sometimes to shutdown the 3D effects, because, the game seems less fluid and sometimes when you turn your head, you have the sensation to loss sync...perhaps my video cart or my PC is too old (Athlon XP 2000+ and ATI 9600 Pro)...in fact, it depends on the number of effects on the screen, but I'm very very very happy when I use it.

- On my Mac to see movies in my bed, in order to not disturbing my wife who need to sleep (we works with different shedule).

The next step for me, is to learn how to use SDK with it.....
