I have a Vuzix DVD Player that is only a month old and the run time for the battery is an hour or less. I don't see on the Vuzix website anywhere where I can order one and the info on the battery itself is very minimal.

Does anyone know where I can locate a replacement battery for the DVD player or where Vuzix gets the batteries from for the DVD players? Any help would be appreciated.

FYI:
I have tried to contact Vuzix several times without any response as to where I can get the batteries. I tracked down the manufacturer in China and they state that the DVD player is discontinued and no batteries are available in the USA for that model.

You would think that Vuzix would have brought in batteries to support it's product. So if you have the Vuzix DVD player, there are two different batteries that you have to chose from and neither is available in the USA. Good luck with your new paper weight!
