| Hello. I've had VR920 since early this fall now, and the main thing that has made me use it less and less is basically the hassle of plugging and unplugging the cables.
I am using dual monitors, so keeping the VR920 connected to one of my two outputs on my GPU is not an option. Also, since the VR920 seems to be constantly powered when the USB cable is plugged in, keeping it connected isnt an option either.
I thought about getting switches/hubs or something (has to be DVI for video).
I tried searching the forum, but little came up. I am sure I'm not the only one wondering about this though. 
So here is my question. Do any of you have any tips for a good solution for this, such as a switch/hub for DVI and USB? I've searched the web, but I've had trouble finding a good DVI switch. What do you personally use, if you use one? |

| Thanks for the reply! Not quite what I was looking for, since a splitter still requires messing with cables, but if I'm unable to find a switch I guess that might still be a working solution. Though of course then it would be a DVI splitter with DVI to VGA for VR920 and not the other way around (otherwise I'd lose digital quality for my flatpanels).
Would be really nice if Vuzix had made a product that was such a switch for both USB and DVI. Guess it would have been alot of extra work though.
EDIT:
Just another question. If I used a DVI splitter with a DVI to VGA for the VR920, would the flatpanel connected be limited to the resolution the VR920 outputs, or would the VR920 be idle until I connected the USB and/or set an appropriate resolution? Also, would Windows recognize the main flatpanel fully, considering the two screens connected to one splitter would be different? I guess I should do some more searching for that, but just to ask in case someone already knows.
