I want to tell everybody who still have problems with black dot's and screen distortion issues, that suddenly for myself I found the solution for this problem - I simply detached VR920 headphones.
It's sound crazy, but it's actually works!

I've tried two times for 3 and 3.5 hours of non-stop gaming (yesterday and today), with 1024 x 768 resolution, stereo and head-tracking and have no issues at all!
Now my VR920 works flawlessly, no distortion, no black dot's!

Please try this out, maybe this will help you too - just detach your VR920 headphones like in manual, and use your own sound-system.
Will be interesting to know, if this helps somebody, maybe this is common issue?

P.S. Seems that with detaching headphones built-in sound-card go off.

Hey, thanks.
I don't know if it's because of your headphone trick, but the distortion has decreased lately. I'm happy now. :3

-plays Resident Evil 4 in stereo-

Thanks everyone <3
