Internal image scaler for more supported resolutions (720x480 - 1920 x 1080)
DVI / HDMI input with passthru so you can keep your monitor / TV hooked up
HDCP support for devices requiring it (Blu Ray, PS3, PCs, etc)
75 - 120hz support to use nVidia's new 3D driver and future 3d products (Blu Ray movies, PS3).
Increased FOV
Nose pads better for adjusting
OLED or high end LCD for a crisp color / black level
Amazing optics that don't blurr the image at the edges
