| | Yesterday, it was ok. Today the right eyepiece just shows a blank white screen. I gotta say, so far this thing is just way more trouble than it's worth! It I hadn't bought it second hand, I'd return it in a heartbeat. Not impressed at all. |

| [Note - this is more of a general ramble than related to the topic]
I think the reason why so many of the new buyers like myself are feeling unsatisfied with the product [not like myself] is that they all had too high expectations when they bought it. If they had known more about it - like screen size, or how the headtracking works, they probably would be more prepared for what they would get. Maybe vuzix should create an introductory video of some sort to show people what the headset really is like.

| | I am continuing to have this problem, while the right side is lit up, there is only an image on the left side. Any ideas? |

| | Interesting, it seems to fix itself as once again it is now working. I just hope it doesn't crap out permanently. |

| That doesn't sound normal. If it continues to happen I suggest contacting Vuzix support directly and see if its covered under warranty.

| | In reading old threads in this forums it seems that this is not uncommon and usually isn't a permanent problem, and always fixes itself. |
