| I can't help but find the nose-piece a bit awkward when trying to use the VR920 with prescription glasses. It may be the type of glasses I wear, or the shape of my nose/face, but either way its an issue. I have had some limited success by removing the nose-piece and re-inserting it upside-down, but its still not perfect. I find that I often have to push the headset closer to my face to keep everything in focus. One time I tried just folding a piece of paper-towel and wedging it under the nose-piece. When I did that it helped a lot to keep the lcd screens directly at my eye-level without any screen distortions. However it made everything too cumbersome to be practical in any sense of the word.
I am hoping there will be different sized/shaped nose-pieces in the future that could accommodate this. I really just need the piece to be about 1/4-1/2" taller so it could rest comfortably on the bridge of my nose. Maybe there is some way to design a vertically adjustable nose-piece to accommodate different users. I can't imagine it could cost too much to get a small run of different sized nose-pieces. Another possible solution is a velcro sports-band that could replace the arms such that the weight of the unit could be distributed across the forehead. I still think the product is great, IMO, but its little annoyances like this that keep it from being perfect. Just my 2 cents.

| | I need the same nosepiece that cyberreality needs. I think that nosepiece would suit most people with glasses. I think only two nosepieces are needed. The current one, and the taller one. |

| | Id like to see the sports strap idea , ive found that the vr920 nose peice is to uncomfitable due the the weight of the headset pushing down and foward on your nose and pinching it, a sports strap would take the forward pushing force off your nose , it would also make the head set easier for gamers ive found while playing flight sims such as lock on i am moving my head around alot and have to correct the position of the headset due to it being balanced on my nose , this could also be overcome by have a lock on the tilting function ive found the tilt to be rather pointless as it always moves back to the first position. the headset design is great for general mobility but for the gamer it needs more support from just the nose. |

| | A strap would be great and a softer eye shield and nose piece. |

| I had the same issues with the nosepiece. Unfortunately, when I pried it off, one of the tabs broke. Soooo, had to get creative.
Using a (new, not used) soft cushion sold for bunions - to space the big toe out more. It is a very soft silicone type material that sits on the bridge of my nose, and creates a very secure anchor point for the VR920. AND, is very comfy.
Sounds odd, but works very well. |
